Drug Testing
Question- Should students involved in extracurricular activities be tested for drugs?
I strongly fell that students involved in extracurricular activities should not be tested for drugs because the students parents should only be able to tell their kids if they should do drugs or not. Parents already agreed to let their kids participate in health class and that program tells you what can happen to you if you do drugs, but it is not telling you to not do drugs. Last, if kids are involved with extracurricular activities, wouldn’t they be too busy to even think about doing drugs? Also, if kids have friends that do drugs, maybe their parents should be more involved with their kids life and try to talk some sense into them.
